The creation of this piece in our Kütahya studio involved a meticulous process of replicating the texture of the museum original through delicate brushwork. Using the most refined version of the traditional underglaze technique, the interlocking shades of cobalt blue and turquoise were sealed during a 1,000-degree transformation of the high-quartz body. The transparent glaze layer creates a three-dimensional jewel effect, breathing new life into the historic colors and preserving their brilliance for centuries.
